remember Greta? photographing other artists is always such a pleasure. especially when it's in a beautiful place of inspiration -- i adore the farm she works on. From literal trees sourced around the area, to beautiful pieces of furniture ... among other materials she transforms..
check out Greta's work here.

David is kind enough to allow me to show his wedding imagery from 40 years ago... yes, they had color film taken on their wedding day, plus a secret video camera, since coverage wasn't allowed inside the registry building. (David likes his techie gadgets) when he told me he wanted to recreate the group of family and friends who would be at his 40th anniversary, from the photograph taken from outside the registry -- it's no surprise a film camera made it on the plane with me to England. it was a great big bash, with candy, a geodesic dome (like the one in Bridget’s parents' back yard, on their wedding day!) dancing, and even a visit from David & Bridget’s daughter via FaceTime, who is expecting her first in Texas! this was such a super lovely event to capture with so much happiness & playfulness. Congratulations you two.... for the 40th time. it was an honor....

one of the sweetest experiences ever -- i got to capture two love birds, who have expereinced more life than the age of conor and i combined. if we can manage to have this much fun & be this much in love at this age, then i will certainly look back at john & julia's day with a big fat smile. check out the dancing - all orchestrated by julia. captured at the lovely Aldermaston Manor in West Berkshire, England. thank you both!
